Children’s Department

Loan department with reading room for children up to 15 years old

This department is adapted to suit preschool children and primary schoolchildren’s needs. The youngest have great choice of picture books, books, school readers, comics, encyclopedias, handbooks, children’s periodicals, multimedia publications.

The whole holding is in open access and children can easily choose books, read comics and magazines. Children’s department has a collection of social games which can be used in the Library. Three computers with internet access are also available.

Within the Children’s Department there is a Corner for parents, organized as a separate collection. This collection contains literature from pedagogy, psychology and medicine that is intended for parents, teachers and educators.
